- Nicola Van Camp obtained a M.Sc. in Bioscience Engineering: Cell and Gene Biotechnology (main subject: White Biotechnology) at Ghent University (June 2021). He pursues a joint interdisciplinary Ph.D. of Ghent University (department of Accounting, Corporate Finance and Taxation; Management Accounting and Control group) and Maastricht University (department of Circular Chemical Engineering; Circular Plastics group).
- His research regards cost calculation of circular plastics. In this context the influence of different technologies and their associated (polymer technological) qualities are compared to their respective cost and climatological impact.
