Servitization and its Importance in the Circular Economy

The Center for Service Intelligence – Ghent University (CSI-UGent) has a long tradition in doing research in the domain of servitization in business-to-business settings and service-level agreements as a managerial tool.

In more recent years, CSI-UGent also explored how servitization contributes to the shift towards a circular economy with specific attention for products-as-a-service business models and the emergence of the sharing economy and sharing business models.

Building upon this research expertise, CSI-UGent offers lectures and interactive workshops on (1) service-level agreements, and (2) business model innovation in the circular economy.
