We are delighted to host the exhibition “90 days of you. Gwyneth Ho” by curator saar_voirvivre as part of Human Rights Week.
The exhibition is a profound tribute to friendship, resilience, and the pursuit of freedom. The exhibition, featuring 90 artworks by artist saar_voirvivre, is a dedication to her friendship with Gwyneth Ho – A Hong Kong social activist and former reporter who was convicted of subversion in May 2024 after a long detention period in Hong Kong of over a thousand days. Gwyneth Ho worked for several news outlets, including Stand News, BBC Chinese, and government-run broadcaster RTHK and is an alumna of the University of Amsterdam (UvA).
Saar_voirvivre is an alumna of the University of Ghent and the University of Amsterdam (UvA). She is currently working as an assistant at the faculty of law of the UGent.
From 9 December till 20 December, the exhibition can be visited at the Library of the Faculty of Law and Criminology (RBIB).
