Lecture on computational hemodynamics by prof dr. ir. Jorge Aramburu

Jorge Aramburu received from Tecnun, the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, his MSc degree in Electrical, Electronic and Control Engineering (2013), his MSc degree in Industrial Engineering (2013), his Master in Research in Applied Engineering (2014) and his PhD in Applied Engineering (2016).

Since 2017, he has been working as a researcher and a lecturer. In 2018, he did a 9-month research stay at King's College London, on the modeling of the cardiovascular system of Fontan patients.

At present, he continues doing research on computational hemodynamics and lectures several courses to undergraduate engineering students. He has published more than 20 research papers and has participated in 10 research projects, being the principal investigator in 4 of those projects.

During this lecture, Jorge will focus on computational hemodynamics applied to liver radioembolization and the Fontan circulation.
