Check-in
In Residence Loop 5, you'll have to register via an online tool to collect your key through a self-check-in desk.
Please make your appointment at least three working days prior to your prefered check-in date.
It will not be possible to check in without a confirmed check-in moment!

What you can expect
After you fill in the check-in link, you will recieve an e-mail with all the necessary information for your check-in.
You will check in to the apartment yourself, but the Upliving coach will make an appointment with you to show you around in the building and all facilities it offers.
During your stay
Upliving Loop5 provides fully furnished studio’s and apartments, a laundry room, a chill room and a beautiful communal garden.
In addition, sustainability is a key factor at upliving: with heat pumps, solar panels, rainwater recovery, ventilation system D, etc.
There is also room for a vibrant community with your neighbors, for those who like to join the activities organized on site.
The shared facilities and communal spaces are the extra touch for comfort and connection.
Payment
All payments and invoices are organized through Ghent University. More information can be found on this webpage.
