Register and subscribe online

Register for the webshop 

This can only be done by emailing sportonline@ugent.be with the following information:

• UGent Community: name, first name, e-mail address, photo on front of identification card (student card, staff card, alumni card,…)  
• External: (surname, first name, email address)
• After approval of the application, you will receive a login and password for the webshop.

With you have to complete the online profile in the webshop, after completing your profile an automatic confirmation from the webshop follows.

You can subscribe for class (from September 4th)

• Can only be done online via the webshop (registration is necessary first)
• Subscription is only final after online payment.
