Below, you can find some of our most popular venues for room rental. We are sure to have a space that meets your needs for your next event, meeting, workshop, or other activity.

The Aula Academica, the monument you also see in our logo, is being renovated along with the surrounding buildings into a conference center. The Aula is currently closed, with reopening scheduled for 2027.
Ufo (University Forum) hosts our largest auditorium (1,000 people) and a spacious foyer, ideal for receptions, information fairs, and more. There is ample parking under the building.
The Boekentoren offers various spaces for education, scientific and cultural activities, and limited events such as meetings and presentations. The Belvedere (top floor) provides a unique panoramic view over the Ghent skyline (maximum 40 people).
GUM and the Botanical Garden offer unique venues: the FORUM on the fourth floor (90 people) and the PALMARIUM, a beautiful greenhouse in the middle of greenery (200 people).
This beautiful study center for architecture and art offers two spaces. The Auditorium Vandenhove (114 people) is ideal for educational, scientific, or cultural activities. The Jury Room Vandenhove is suitable for smaller meetings (8 people).
Submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance. To request a venue, you must first register or log in online via the TimeEdit application on lokalen.ugent.be
