Faculty diversity teams
Since the beginning of 2014, each faculty has had a diversity team. The diversity team has the task of initiating and further developing the diversity policy at faculty level.
Each team is led by a diversity coordinator and is composed of committed employees and students. The diversity team reflects on the faculty's diversity work, looks at existing processes from a diversity perspective and sets out lines for the future. Do all students and staff members have sufficient opportunities to develop themselves? Do we offer sufficient support for an increasingly diverse audience?
Each team determines its own emphasis and is supported in this by the Network Diversity and Inclusion. More information about the functioning of each faculty diversity team can be obtained from the 11 diversity coordinators.
