Short Bio

Inge Van De Woesteyne obtained her Phd in law in 1999 with the dissertation “Verdeling, fusie en splitsing van vennootschappen in de inkomstenbelasting. Het spanningsveld tussen de boekhoudkundige verwerking en de fiscale behandeling”.

Within the Tax Law Institute, she focuses on personal income taxes, corporate income taxes and accounting law. She also teaches these courses within the Law curriculum.

She is among others author of the Personal Income Taxes and Corporate Income Taxes, 2 annually updated manuals (published by Intersentia).
