Short Bio

Julie is a voluntary employee at  the Tax law Institute within the department of Interdisciplinary Study of Law, Private Law and Business Law at the UGent Faculty of Law & Criminology. She focuses on the tax aspects in the notarial profession, including registration duties.

She obtained her law degree summa cum laude in 2019 and continued in 2020 with a degree in notarial practice as a primus, both at Ghent University.

She defended her masters thesis in Notarial Law 'Fiscale valkuilen bij de uitbreng van onroerende goederen uit vennootschappen' under supervision of prof. dr. Mark Delanote.

Currently Julie is doing her notarial traineeship.
