Sibylle Van Belle

Sibylle Van Belle is a voluntary employee at the Tax law Institute within the department of Interdisciplinary Study of Law, Private Law and Business Law at the UGent Faculty of Law & Criminology.

She obtained her masters degree in Applied Economics at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Ugent). She also obtained a masters degree in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law & Criminology (UGent). In september 2017 she successfully defended her PhD (Ugent) concerning the different tax treatment of equity and depth. This topic concerns corporate income taxes. 

Sibylle is a visiting professor at the University of Brussels teaching 'Grondige Studie Vennootschapsbelasting' at the Faculty of Law & Criminology and 'Fiscaal Recht' at the Faculty of Economics. She is currently a financial director at Krëfel NV.
