Check-in appointment
For your check-in, you will need to make an appointment with the student coach in Bruges, by sending them an e-mail: bkot@dewaele.com
Please make your appointment at least five working days prior to your prefered check-in date. It will not be possible to check in without a confirmed appointment!
Checking-in at B/KOT is possible during the working hours of our student coach.
Working hours student coach:
- Monday : from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday : from 1.30 to 6 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Wednesday : from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday : from 1.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Friday : from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
If you are not able to be present at the scheduled appointment (flight delay or other), you need to notify them asap.

Follow-up moment
During your check-in, you'll be informed of the mandatory information session. This session will provide you with more detailed information regarding safety, contact details, practical arrangements and more! It will most likely be organised in October but the specific date will be anounced after your check-in.
Registration with the city of Bruges
To register with the city of Bruges, you will need to do so online via the following website: Application for foreign students (brugge.be)
IMPORTANT! Please only do so once you have moved into your room and not beforehand since otherwise misunderstandings may arise.
