Governance Structure
The Faculty of Sciences has a well-considered governance structure, with the Faculty Board led by the Dean and a Faculty Council that meets monthly. Various councils and committees play supplementary or advisory roles.
Faculty Board
The Faculty Board is responsible for the management and organization of the Faculty of Sciences. The board plays a crucial role in both the daily operations and strategic planning for the future. As a management team, they lead the faculty services and direct the associated policy processes.
The board consists of five members, each contributing significantly to the effective and efficient functioning of the faculty.
Faculty Council
The Faculty Council consists of elected representatives from each staff category: the Professorial Staff (ZAP), the Assistant Academic and Scientific Staff (AAP/WP), and the Administrative and Technical Staff (ATP). Students also have their representatives in the council.

The Faculty Council meets monthly under the guidance of the Faculty Board. The preparations for each meeting and the approved minutes are available to all faculty staff.

They initiate activities and actions to make the faculty more inclusive and supportive and provide advice to the Faculty Board.
