Mission
We connect donors and philanthropists with Ghent University's academic community to support unfettered research, teaching and projects that have a sustainable, positive impact on society and are centred on critical thinking. By encouraging generosity and developing long-term partnerships, we strengthen Ghent University's capacity to provide innovative solutions to the grand challenges of today and tomorrow. The University Fund builds bridges between the university and its alumni, partners and wider society, actively involving them in common goals.
Vision
Each donor starts from their own affinity with a particular theme. We want to be there for those who wish further guidance on this. We guarantee that every gift or bequest goes to the desired cause. Together with the researchers, we report back on the achievements made possible thanks to the support.
