Operational costs fundraising
We guarantee that your gift or legacy will go to the cause of your choice. Like other charities, Ghent University invests in its fundraising unit. Specifically, 10 percent of your gift is used to finance the work of the University Fund. With this, we support our funds and chairs, help researchers and employees of our faculties with fundraising, process donations and personal data, provide tax certificates, offer legacy advice and guidance, and communicate about fundraising and the impact of donating to Ghent University. In this way, we not only ensure optimal service, but also future gifts and bequests to our research and education.
