The Ghent University Museum Fund
Since October 2020, Ghent has acquired a new museum. The brand new Ghent University Museum (GUM) is right in the middle of the Ghent Botanical Gardens, just around the corner from two other museums: MSK Ghent and SMAK. GUM is a museum about science, research and critical thinking, where visitors can discover how research is a process of falling down and getting up again, of hesitation, and imagination. Through the Ghent University Museum Fund, the University wants to support the operation of GUM.
